Yesterday Stan and I hit the WIRED pop-up store for a shindig to raise awareness for next week’s climate change conference in Copenhagen.
At first Stan was confused. What did tiny burgers and Mark Ronson have to do with Kofi Annan and melting ice caps? Also, were they sure it was cool for her to shake her bum while the earth is falling apart?
But then Theophilus London took the stage (and showed a particularly comely audience member a pretty good time)…
And MTV VJ Quddus was digging it…
So Stan thought, ‘If Quddus and that comely audience member are into it, maybe there’s something to this.
Maybe one way to help the earth IS to shake my bum.’
